Dear Parents and Carers,

Please see below leaflet and dentistry referral form from the NHS.  Traditionally they have offered annual dental screening visits but these have now stopped.

The NHS encourage all parents and carers to make an appointment within the Community Dental Service, where a wider range of options and treatment are available, alongside a more person-centred approach to the dental assessment. The NHS want to reassure you that all the children/young people attending Strathmore will automatically meet the acceptance criteria.
