Hello!  Welcome to the Key Stage 2 page

If your child is coming in to Phoenix or Perseus classes (St Richard Reynolds Campus) Luna, Hercules or Leo classes (Russell Campus) then they are likely to be between the ages of 7-11, although there may be a few exceptions to the rule! 

However you might be feeling, we are here to support you and put your mind at ease. We are one of the largest key phases in the school and do lots of cross-campus work together to ensure all learners get the same experiences.

We have been using and adapting a range of curricula to personalise learning. In September 2020, we started following our own personalised Strathmore Curriculum Framework, written specifically for our cohort of students. You will be able to see your child’s learning and progress on an app called ‘Earwig’ which you will have access to from home.

There will be opportunities across the academic year for you to come into class and meet us on educational visits to observe learning, adopt ideas for home and ask questions. We look forward to meeting all the new learners and parents.
